Cut hard boiled eggs in two parts
Remove yolks
Heat 1tsp oil in a pan and stir fry boiled egg whites from both sides
Once it done ...keep aside
Heat rest oil in a pan on medium flame
Add chopped garlic and fry for 30 seconds
Add diced onion saute for 1 minute on high flame
Add Bell peppers and saute all for a minute
Add all sauces one by one...stir well
Add vinegar...stir
Add salt...stir
Add diced cottage cheese srit and mix well
Cook for a minutes on high flame
Keep stir fry boiled egg whites in a tray
Fill cottage cheese in all...
Garnish with coriander leaf
